How Was Your Halloween?

We sure had a quiet night here last night.  Less than 30 kids showed up at our door so all of those Halloween treat bags that I made went out and hopefully appreciated by the parents.  On the news we were told that the kids should eat all of their candy last night then brush their teeth as eating a little bit a day will cause more cavities.  DH won’t allow that LOL.  Well Alyssa dressed up as a rock star, take a look…

and Paige dressed up as a Pumpkin…

These next few pictures is only HALF the loot they got…

Now if your Celiac or know someone who is, like my daughter Paige we had to go through the candy and sort through things that she COULD NOT have, which are:

  • Doritos
  • Liquorice
  • Chocolate bars such as Smarties, Crispy Crunch, Mr. Big and anything that might have crunch.Nuts are the exception unless you have a nut allergy in your house.

So needless to say we had to do trades with Alyssa and what was left over Mommy and Daddy got!  Woot Woot!

Right now I am working on a case from another project that I have seen that will grace my front door this holiday season.  I should have it done to share with you tomorrow so watch for that and my question to you…how many kids did YOU have at your door last night??

See you tomorrow!
