What an awesome evening I had last night!  One of the many benefits of being a demonstrator is joining and getting the benefits of being a SUDSOL member.  I cannot tell you all of the many benefits as they are too numerous to mention.

Last night I got to be a guest host on one of many of our challenges.  I was a guest host to a Chat and Challenge.  Now you would think the challenge is trying to figure out what stamp sets and colors to use but in actual fact it is trying to chat while you are focusing on replicating the sketch.  LOL.

So following the sketch this is what I came up with, I hope you like it as it uses our new 3/8" satin ribbon (I used Pretty in Pink) and the new Sweet Pea Stitched Felt.  Which by the way you only have until the end of April to order.  Don't miss out and order them here and click on SHOP!

Magnolia Flower Fun

Well I have done another video for you by making Magnolia Flowers for your home.  If your bad with plants like I am chances are they will die before they become beautiful!  So I figure if I can't kill it, it must be good thing to have.  So I have decided to make several of these to beautify my home!  So enjoy the video and I want to give thanks for the printed tutorial (where you need to purchase) to fellow demonstrator Rhea Anderson for the inspiration.  Enjoy!

Vintage Vogueing

Well the other day one of my best friends came over to my house to visit, despite the nasty electrical burn she got on her hand before she left for my house that morning, and share coffee.  Unbeknown to me that she did that I already had planned to do some creating with her that morning.  I had a birthday card to make and it would be great fun to do that with her.  Well despite the pain she was in, and she was in a lot, she came up with this beauty.  What I really really like is the way she did the ribbon; you know how we sometimes put scarves around our neck after folding it in half, making a loop and putting the loose ends through the loop!

I have done fake bows and knots but I like this touch.  Thanks Carolyne for teaching me something new!

Hi everyone, I have to say it's been crazy busy lately and I can finally do a video for you.  It's basic stuff, it's how to mount clear stamps and use them.  I demo with a project that I had already done earlier; I have to say though I really do love those new clear mounts, they are AWESOME!
