I keep trying!

Well I am going to try to keep blogging everyday, even if there isn't much to share.  I told you yesterday that I was preparing for my daughter's 7th birthday on October 30th.  Yep, that is her actual birthday day!  Of course she wants to have her friends over and have a major sleep over.  Of course I am to cheap to buy cards (why should I when I make them anyways, haven't bought any in the last two years!) I made her her birthday invitations.

I should have shaded my ghost in Basic Grey but I was rushed.  I love the new owl punch, you can make tulips with it too.  So as you can see it is a spooky card.  Alyssa had to sneak them into the school as she goes to a Christian program and they do not allow anything spooky like.  Hopefully all of her friends can attend.

Also I was inspired by a cooking blog called Our Best Bites who posted an awesome post on Friday about Halloween treats.  This is a great site for everything food ideas.  So yesterday I cooked up a dozen of her sugar cookies on popsicle sticks (and it worked) in preperation for the party.  Right now they are sitting in my freezer to be iced next week.  All of my preperation will be shared with you, food and all.

Before I forget, the Clearance Bin Bonanza ends today, so to get up to 80% off on a lot of our products, click on my SHOP NOW button to take a look and order.

That's it for today, will talk to you again!
