Christmas Home Decor or Gift

This really is a simple project to do for your home or to give as a gift to family, friends, teachers, or even your mailman!  You can fill it with anything you want, I am using it for home decoration as a candy cane holder at Christmas (if they last that long, hmmmmmmm I love em'). LOL!

Here's what I did:

• I picked up a small planter pot from a major store.  I took a saying from our 'Merry & Bright' Rub Ons and carefully cut little snippets around the edge of the saying.  This is to make it easier to rub on to a round surface.  I used my bone folder to rub on and after a few minutes I carefully took the backing off.
• I took a 30" piece of Sleigh Bell Ribbon and wrapped it around the top of the planter.  I used sticky strip along the top to keep the ribbon in place and tied a bow.  I also grabbed a piece of some silver flowery decorative from the Dollar store to insert in the ribbon.

That's it, very simple and yet very pretty.  We'll see you tomorrow!
